Rebel Rebel Comedy

'Rebel Rebel Comedy' is a professional monthly comedy night held upstairs in the Tiny Rebel Pub in Cardiff on the first Wednesday of each month. It recently celebrated its 3rd anniversary!

 

The format of the evening is as follows. Steffan Evans, our highly rated and very talented resident compere, opens the show before introducing an established act who performs a 20-minute set. After a brief interval Steffan returns to welcome 2 fairly new comics, each doing 10-minute sets. After a second interval Steffan welcomes our Headline act who performs a 30–40-minute set. Previous Headliners have included Stuart Goldsmith, Leroy Brito, Laura Lexx, Mike Bubbins, Troy Hawke, Robin Morgan and Tudur Owen to name but a few…

 

‘Rebel Rebel Comedy’ is run by Owen Thomas and Gareth John Bale, an award-winning writing and directing partnership who have many years of experience working on 'Pick of the Fringe' at the Edinburgh Festival. They are passionate about bringing high quality stand-up comedy to the Cardiff stage, and the shows regularly sell out. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on tickets, but we are happy to honour tickets for future ‘Rebel Rebel Comedy’ nights.
